There is some cheat's in NQ server.

guys there is some cheatings in NQ are enabled.

i kicked that guy leahcim he was cheating i donno what he typed in console he just fly up higher and he go inside the wall.

and he use godmode.

we have to disable the cheats from NQ.

Server was hacked, and the commands changed

No, it's an NQ bug
All of the settings are correct

See Sirlag thats why i banned the guy for 2days the cheats were on..
Or atleast you could used them i warned him 3 times, General kicked him 3times
That means BAN (for 2days)
